The employer is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Head to lead and drive sales operations for an immigration consultancy.
The role focuses on sales strategy, team leadership, revenue growth, conversion improvement, and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Immigration Consultants.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Drive lead conversion through sales planning, coaching, and performance management.
- Analyze sales reports, KPIs, conversion ratios, and revenue trends to improve performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure accurate CRM management and timely follow-up on all leads.
- Conduct sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical immigration sales practices.
- Stay updated with immigration programs and market trends in major destination markets.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience is required.
- Prior experience in immigration consultancy or overseas education sales is expected.
- Strong leadership skills are required.
- Malayalam and English language proficiency are compulsory.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,300.00 to AED 2,500.00 per month.
