Role Overview
The employer is seeking a confident, target-driven immigration consultant with a strong sales pitch and excellent communication skills.
The work focuses on lead generation, client conversion, relationship management, and immigration service sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, follow-ups, networking, and promotional activities.
- Explain company services to prospective clients and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain client relationships, follow up with leads, and update client information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery while achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
Skills Required
- Excellent English and Malayalam communication skills are required.
- Strong sales, business development, negotiation, persuasion, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills are required.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, CRM, and email handling, is required.
- The candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
- Experience in study abroad, immigration, or related sales industries is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
