Role Overview
We are looking for confident, well-presented
Sales Gallery Coordinators
to deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience while supporting sales and gallery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and host clients and guests in a professional and confident manner
- Deliver a high-quality customer service experience aligned with OMNIYAT’s standards
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Manage client registrations, documentation, and internal reporting with attention to detail
- Ensure the sales gallery is always presentable and organised
- Assist with gallery events and client appointments
Requirements
- Well-spoken and fluent in
English
- Well-groomed, presentable, confident, with a positive attitude
- Previous
- hosting, customer service, or face-to-face guest interaction
experience
- **Hospitality background preferred**
- Comfortable managing administrative tasks and highly detail-oriented
- Able to work
- some weekend days and public holidays
- , with
- two consecutive days off per week
- Open to working across
- Dubai locations
(Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, DMC)
- Open to future relocation opportunities to
Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaimah
