Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven **Sales Executive** to expand our presence across the UAE retail market, with a strong focus on **watch distribution sales**.

This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys working in a field-based environment and has a passion for developing brands across fashion, lifestyle, apparel, and consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories within the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, store managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations and support commercial negotiations with prospective customers.
  • Drive sales growth by acquiring new retail accounts and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Promote and develop brands across fashion, lifestyle, apparel, and consumer goods product categories.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and excellent customer service.
  • Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in field sales, retail sales, business development, or account management.
  • Knowledge of the UAE retail market; experience in watches, fashion, lifestyle, apparel, or consumer goods is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions within the UAE.
