We are looking for a motivated and experienced **HR Recruiter** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Perform reference and background checks.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment records and applicant databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **2–4 years** of recruitment experience .
- Strong knowledge of recruitment portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Familiarity with UAE labour laws is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
