The Job Summary
The GM – Fleet Sales is responsible for vehicle sales strategy, revenue & collection targets, business growth and governance across B2G, Semi-gov and PPE segments; spearheading growth and profitability; developing and implementing fleet sales strategies, managing fleet client relationships, and driving revenue growth; playing a pivotal role in achieving fleet sales targets, expanding market reach, and enhancing customer satisfaction; mobilizing and optimizing all resources to achieve set fleet sales targets; mentoring, coaching, and motivating fleet sales teams to unleash their full potential; and fostering a positive and high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
1. **Define and execute the national vehicle sales strategy**
, ensuring full alignment with NTSC and Petromin Group objectives, annual revenue targets, and segment‑wise growth priorities.
2. **Drive sales performance and AR discipline**
across the B2G, Semi‑Government, and PPE segments, ensuring strong pipeline conversion, timely collections, and sustainable GP delivery.
3. **Lead pricing strategy and commercial governance**
, including discount controls, deal approvals, and adherence to NTSC’s CRA/DOA and financial protocols.
4. **Manage and strengthen OEM relationships**
(Nissan, Foton, Stellantis, BAIC, and additional brands as assigned), ensuring competitive pricing, product readiness, and strategic collaboration.
5. **Own sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and revenue/AR reporting**
, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely submission to NTSC leadership and Group stakeholders.
6. **Build, develop, and lead high‑performing sales teams**
, fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus, and operational excellence.
7. **Align closely with COE and Operations**
to achieve GP targets, optimize product mix, and ensure seamless bid preparation and post‑award execution.
8. **Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and CRA**
to manage credit exposure, mitigate financial risk, and ensure compliance with corporate credit policies.
9. **Team up with COE/ Operations to ensure strict adherence to corporate governance**
, SLA commitments, tender protocols, and all internal approval frameworks across the sales lifecycle.
10. **Government Sales Contract Management & Strategic Government Relations -**
Representing NTSC/ Electromin Mobility in key government, OEM, and strategic client engagements, strengthening institutional relationships and positioning NTSC as a preferred partner for fleet and mobility solutions.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration (MBA preferred)
Experience
of Sales Management but any related experience is preferred
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience out of which 3 years in a similar capacity
Essential Job Pre-Requisites
- Solid track record in the automotive industry especially sales ops within KSA or MENA.
- Ability to manage fleet sales operation and teams
- Leadership & management skills with an emphasis on emotional intelligence
- Complex negotiations, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong business acumen; result & details-oriented and persuasive
- High-level communication, analytical, team building and presentation skills
- Expertise in ERP, MS Office & DMS
Languages Proficiency
High level English and Arabic proficiency, spoken and written
