Sales Executive – Scaffolding (Rental & Sales)
Salary: AED 5,000 + Travel Allowance + Commissions + Standard Benefits
Overview
We are hiring a Sales Executive to grow scaffolding rental and sales business within the UAE construction market through proactive sales, site visits, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities in scaffolding rental and sales
- Conduct site visits to assess requirements and prepare quotations
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with contractors and project teams
- Coordinate with operations and scaffolding teams for smooth execution
- Maintain client records, sales pipeline, and market intelligence
Qualifications
- 2+ years UAE sales experience in scaffolding or formwork
- Strong understanding of construction sites and scaffolding solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and relationship-focused
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
