Overview
Drive sales growth for ASCO Aluminum by developing new business, managing key accounts, and delivering revenue targets within assigned territories and segments.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new customers in construction, manufacturing, and related industries
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts; build long-term customer relationships
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product recommendations aligned to customer specifications
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery in line with company policies and margin goals
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery
- Represent the company at customer meetings and site visits.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B and B2C sales; experience in metals, building materials, or industrial products preferred
- Strong knowledge of aluminum products, grades, and applications, or the ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and read drawings a plus
- Proficient with MS Office; strong data accuracy and follow-through
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field travel
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- - Valid driver’s license and ability to visit customer sites as needed
