Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Jeddah.
The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle for design and build services.
Responsibilities
include meeting with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company guidelines.
The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, following up on ongoing projects, and collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate scoping and delivery.
The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and support revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in construction, design and build, or related industries.
- Strong client relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of project-based services, including basic technical and commercial concepts related to design and construction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in a multicultural, professional environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email, and virtual meeting platforms).
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and conduct regular client visits and site meetings as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices and innovative construction technologies is an advantage.
- Professional fluency in English; additional language skills
