Role overview

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Share product details, craftsmanship, and brand stories with clients.
• Recommend products that fit customer needs and support sales targets.
• Keep up with collections, fashion trends, and the boutique's products and history.
• Help maintain visual merchandising and an attractive, easy-to-browse store.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and special requests professionally.
• Work with the team to support a positive store environment and daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience; sales experience is specified as required.
• Experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, or customer service; high-end boutique or art-driven experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer storytelling skills.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional service.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and luxury products, and ability to learn the boutique's offerings.
• English proficiency is required; Arabic, French, or other additional languages are a plus.
• Dynamic, personable, and enthusiastic, with an interest in fashion, art, and customer engagement.
• Well-groomed and able to represent the brand's luxury image.

Workplace and location

• The position is based at a boutique in Dubai's Alserkal Arts District.
• The role involves working in a physical retail boutique.
