MONTROI / NITRONI Group is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to manage inbound and outbound logistics, transport bookings, courier relationships, shipping costs, supplier collections, and raw-material movements.
This is a head-office coordination and management role working with warehouse, procurement, sales, e-commerce, and finance teams. The company operates across multiple brands and international markets.
Employment and experience
- Employment type is full-time; the role is based at the Dubai head office and the work location is in person.
- Minimum five years of experience in logistics, freight management, shipping coordination, and supply chain operations.
Shipping and cost management
- Manage domestic and international shipments for e-commerce, retail, wholesale, hospitality, and corporate orders by courier, road, air, and sea.
- Select shipping methods based on cost, timing, shipment size, and destination; coordinate providers, customs agents, bookings, tracking, and delivery issue resolution.
- Compare and negotiate quotations, rates, tariffs, and service agreements; analyze shipping costs, charges, packaging, and provider performance to identify savings.
Transport and inbound supply chain
- Manage the company driver, daily schedules, routes, deliveries, urgent requests, delivery records, and applicable vehicle requirements.
- Coordinate raw-material, ingredient, packaging, and finished-product collections and inbound deliveries with suppliers, procurement, and production.
- Coordinate shipments from suppliers in the UAE, Europe, India, and other markets; monitor timelines to prevent production delays and stock shortages.
- Coordinate shipping documentation and customs clearance; support supplier sourcing and compare landed costs, including freight, duties, and handling.
Pay
- AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
Work location
- Dubai, UAE head office; work location is in person.
