Job Description
Whisper Point Eco is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven **Sales Executive — Real Estate** to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service while promoting our real estate offerings.
Qualifications
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related industry.
- **Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and close sales in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update client databases and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
