About This Role

Overview

The Sales Executive - Projects is responsible to identify & explore new upcoming projects where Company can sell their Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances products.

The incumbent must develop long lasting relationships with high profile real estate customers and convert these opportunities to revenue.

Sales Executive - Projects shall also ensure successful completion of these projects within agreed timeframes and quality execution.

He shall work in close coordination with the customers, Company Management and suppliers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

The focus area for the Sales Executive- Projects is to generate sales and achieve revenue targets.

Work through the client development stage to the closing of sales cycle to project execution.

Key Tasks

1.

Should actively participate in tenders and big projects.

2.

Should be able to get the leads from the markets about projects and study their viability.

3.

Should work hard to build a good network with Procurement department heads of major real estate customers, large customers & major Architects in the country.

4.

Ensure that the business makes healthy margins and keep an eye on the competition.

5.

To have good products knowledge as well as prices of the competitor products.

6.

Review the product benchmarking report issued by visual merchandiser.

7.

Should be in close contact with respective Brands Representatives to exchange market information.

Qualifications

  • Qatar Driver’s License is a must.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years' of experience in Marketing & Product Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
  • Knowledgeable in Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances operations and sales.
  • Excellent communication skills. knowledge of Arabic language is preferable.
  • Ability to negotiate and handle conflict effectively and constructively.
  • Ability to easily build rapport and affinity to different customers and their representatives.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and the ability to work, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptive in nature and able to operate is a fast paced and competitive market environment
