We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive (Outdoor / Field Sales) to drive business growth, acquire new clients, manage customer relationships, coordinate service delivery, and support client account management activities.

Position Summary

The Sales Executive (Outdoor / Field Sales) will be responsible for identifying and securing new subscription and bespoke project opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, coordinating service delivery, monitoring account performance, and supporting payment follow-ups.

The role serves as the primary point of contact between clients and the company throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for subscription-based scenting solutions and bespoke scent marketing projects.
  • Conduct prospecting activities through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Arrange meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers across corporate and residential sectors.
  • Coordinate with technicians regarding machine installations, maintenance schedules, periodic fragrance refills, and service requests.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new and existing clients.
  • Schedule and monitor service visits to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.
  • Manage client records, contracts, service schedules, and client account information.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Maintain records of invoices, payment schedules, contract renewals, and outstanding balances.
  • Monitor client account status and provide regular updates on customer activities and collections. Follow up with clients regarding due and overdue payments in coordination with the finance department.

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, client account management, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings, site visits, and business development / sales activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Experience in B2B sales, subscription services, hospitality, facilities services, luxury products, scent marketing, or related industries is preferred.
  • Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
