About This Role

Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Live-In House Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee household operations and provide administrative and personal support.

Responsibilities

  • Writing professional and official emails for travel, home, school, and personal matters
  • Managing household budgets and expenses
  • Managing household inventory and supplies
  • Coordinating and overseeing stores and deliveries
  • Supervising household staff and ensuring responsibilities are completed efficiently
  • Assisting with preparation and coordination of events and gatherings
  • Recruiting and sourcing household employees when needed
  • Finding cost-effective solutions and reducing household expenses
  • Researching and securing the best prices and service providers
  • Acting as the main communication point between household offices and staff
  • Preparing household and weekly menus
  • Creating and organizing child schedules and routines
  • Researching and arranging classes, activities, and tutors for the child when required

  • Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
