Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Live-In House Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee household operations and provide administrative and personal support.
Responsibilities
- Writing professional and official emails for travel, home, school, and personal matters
- Managing household budgets and expenses
- Managing household inventory and supplies
- Coordinating and overseeing stores and deliveries
- Supervising household staff and ensuring responsibilities are completed efficiently
- Assisting with preparation and coordination of events and gatherings
- Recruiting and sourcing household employees when needed
- Finding cost-effective solutions and reducing household expenses
- Researching and securing the best prices and service providers
- Acting as the main communication point between household offices and staff
- Preparing household and weekly menus
- Creating and organizing child schedules and routines
- Researching and arranging classes, activities, and tutors for the child when required

- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
