Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to develop and grow the customer base, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets within the oil & gas sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering(any discipline) , Marketing , Business Administration , or a related field.

MBA is an added advantage.

Minimum 6–8 years of sales experience , preferably in the oil & gas, fuel, petroleum products, energy, or industrial sectors.

Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Strong understanding of the fuel supply chain, pricing mechanisms, and market dynamics.

Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is an advantage.

Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.

Bilingual (English & Arabic) candidates are preferred.

Skills
