Job Purpose
To deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience that reflects OMEGA’s heritage, precision, innovation, and craftsmanship.
The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual and boutique sales targets, developing long-term client relationships, and maintaining OMEGA’s image through world-class service, product expertise, and professional brand representation.
1. Sales Performance & Customer Experience
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique sales objectives.
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service throughout the client journey.
- Utilize storytelling techniques to communicate OMEGA’s heritage, innovations, collections, and product craftsmanship.
- Identify sales opportunities and maximize conversion through effective selling techniques.
- Promote product categories, collections, and strategic business priorities.
- Support achievement of boutique KPIs including Conversion Rate, ATV, and UPT.
2. Client Development & CRM
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Build and manage an active client portfolio.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on inquiries, quotations, reservations, and after-sales requests.
- Maintain accurate and complete client records within CRM systems.
- Participate in clienteling activities, customer events, and loyalty initiatives.
- Generate repeat business through proactive relationship management.
3. Brand Representation
- Act as a professional ambassador of OMEGA at all times.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of OMEGA products, heritage, innovations, and brand values.
- Maintain impeccable grooming and personal presentation according to brand standards.
- Support product launches, boutique events, and marketing activations.
- Protect confidential client and business information.
4. Boutique Operations & Product Handling
- Ensure proper handling, presentation, and security of all merchandise.
- Support stock replenishment, transfers, and inventory activities.
- Handle sales transactions accurately using boutique systems and procedures.
- Follow all operational, security, and cash-handling procedures.
- Report discrepancies, damages, operational concerns, or client feedback promptly.
5. Visual Merchandising & Boutique Standards
- Support implementation of OMEGA visual merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure displays, showcases, and product presentation remain flawless.
- Maintain boutique cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming luxury boutique atmosphere.
6. Teamwork & Continuous Development
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support boutique objectives.
- Participate in daily briefings, training programs, and sales meetings.
- Share feedback, client insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and luxury retail skills.

- Manage customer interactions and sales opportunities within approved boutique procedures.

- No authority to approve discounts, special pricing, or policy exceptions.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, premium retail, watches, jewelry, fashion, or hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
