Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Jeddah.

The Sales Executive will actively identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.

Responsibilities

include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, and presenting tailored design and build solutions.

The role involves maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, coordinating with project and technical teams to ensure accurate scopes and timelines, and tracking sales activities in CRM or related tools.

The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to support strategic sales planning and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, design and build, building materials, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and managing the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling and effective follow-up.
  • Solid commercial acumen, including experience with pricing, negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Comfort working closely with technical and project teams to translate client requirements into accurate proposals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on targets and results.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and familiarity with CRM systems or sales management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of the local Jeddah market and a valid ability to work on-site; fluency in English is required, Arabic is an advantage
