Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Ras Al khier.
The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
include monitoring project progress, managing risks, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
The role involves leading project meetings, preparing status reports, and facilitating communication between design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
The Project Manager will also support vendor and contractor coordination, review inspections and documentation, and drive continuous improvement in project processes.
Qualifications
- Strong project leadership competencies, including Project Management skills for planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Experience with Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and inventory aligned with project schedules.
- Inspection experience to review work quality, verify compliance with specifications, and support site-based quality control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in project management software and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in design and build or construction projects, ideally within building façades, windows, or related industries, is an advantage.
