Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote JoveraITS services across the UAE market.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and a passion for technology and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities across various industries.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers and business owners.
- Present JoveraITS services and solutions professionally.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update sales activities in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum ***2 years of sales experience*** in IT services, software solutions, or digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of technology and digital solutions is preferred.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
