Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote JoveraITS services across the UAE market.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and a passion for technology and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities across various industries.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers and business owners.
  • Present JoveraITS services and solutions professionally.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum ***2 years of sales experience*** in IT services, software solutions, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of technology and digital solutions is preferred.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
