Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and well-connected Business Development Executive with proven UAE travel agency experience.
The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in visa processing, air ticketing, and tour packages, along with an existing network of clients and partners in the UAE market.
The candidate should be capable of managing the entire travel service operation independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end UAE visa processing (visit, tourist, and other visa types)
- Manage air ticket bookings using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre)
- Create, promote, and manage inbound & outbound tour packages
- Develop new business through existing network and new client acquisition
- Maintain and expand relationships with corporate clients, agents, and partners
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Provide full customer support from inquiry to service completion
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers
- Independently manage day-to-day travel operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of **UAE experience in a travel agency (mandatory)**
- Strong hands-on experience in visa processing, ticketing, and tours
- **Existing client network and industry connections in the UAE**
- Experience using GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Ability to handle complete operations independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
- UAE driving license preferred
