Sales Executive – Inbound Sales (Arabic Speaker Only)

Role overview

Sales and customer responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and other customer channels; respond promptly with accurate product information.
• Assess customer requirements, preferences, and budgets, then explain suitable rental plans, vehicle options, pricing, and terms.
• Convert enquiries into bookings, achieve monthly targets, follow up on pending opportunities, and negotiate through objections.
• Build customer relationships and identify repeat business, upgrades, extensions, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with Operations, Fleet, and Customer Support through booking and vehicle handover.
• Keep informed about available fleet, pricing, promotions, and long-term rental products.

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Automobile industry experience is mandatory.
• Proven inbound sales and lead-conversion experience.
• Strong communication, listening, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and manage high enquiry volumes.
• Arabic-speaking ability is mandatory.
• A proactive, customer-focused, target-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred profile

• Experience in car rental, leasing, vehicle subscriptions, or mobility services is preferred.
• A strong record of converting inbound enquiries and meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
• Professional, confident, persuasive communication and customer relationship skills are preferred.
