Operations Coordinator

Role summary

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks between drivers and the Operations team.
• Assign and track driver duties such as vehicle deliveries, pickups, and transfers.
• Monitor task completion, timelines, and real-time updates.
• Act as the first point of contact for drivers seeking operational instructions and support.
• Promptly escalate delays, breakdowns, and operational issues.
• Maintain daily logs, trackers, and vehicle movement reports.
• Ensure drivers follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility criteria

• 1–3 years of experience in driver coordination, fleet, logistics, or operations.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of fleet or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational tracking tools is required.
• A UAE driving license is an added advantage.
