Overview

We are looking for a driven **Sales Executive – Healthcare IT** to join our growing team in KSA.

The ideal candidate will have experience in **B2B sales within ERP, EMR, HIS, or HMS solutions**, and will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with healthcare clients such as hospitals and clinics.

This is a **field-based sales role**, requiring active client visits, meetings with decision-makers, and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct **in-person visits and outdoor sales activities** with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers (Doctors, Admin Heads, IT Managers, Procurement teams)
  • Manage the **full sales cycle** including prospecting, pre-sales engagement, product presentation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients and follow up on leads
  • Present and demonstrate **Healthcare ERP / EMR / HIS / HMS solutions**
  • Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM/reporting regularly
  • Collaborate with internal technical and presales teams for smooth execution

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven **B2B sales experience (mandatory)**
  • Experience in **Healthcare IT, ERP, EMR, HIS, or HMS sales** preferred
  • Strong understanding of **end-to-end sales cycle (pre-sales to closing)**
  • Must be comfortable with **field sales / outdoor client meetings**
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with senior decision-makers
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Must be proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated
  • LMS or irrelevant sales experience will not be considered
