Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales growth in the UAE healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling healthcare software, SaaS solutions, ERP systems, or enterprise technology products and possess a strong understanding of the UAE healthcare landscape.

The role involves identifying opportunities, generating leads, conducting product presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and healthcare groups across the UAE.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, referrals, and industry events.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client requirements and pain points.
  • Present and demonstrate HIS, EMR, ERP, and healthcare technology solutions to decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare administrators, hospital management, IT teams, and procurement departments.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare digital transformation initiatives in the UAE.
  • Coordinate with implementation, support, and technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Healthcare IT, SaaS, ERP, HIS, EMR, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience conducting virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ERP, or healthcare software solutions.
  • Existing network within UAE hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, or healthcare decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and digital transformation initiatives in the UAE.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
