Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Sales Executive specializing in glazing, upholstery, and fitout solutions.

The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of clients, and build strong relationships with developers, contractors, and end users.

Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with design and project teams, and ensuring accurate product specifications for glazing, upholstery, and fitout works.

The role involves negotiating contracts, tracking sales pipelines, and following up on leads to meet and exceed sales targets.

The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, participate in industry events, and provide feedback to management to refine sales strategies and offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales for glazing, upholstery, fitout, or related interior contracting services, with strong client relationship management skills.
  • Solid understanding of interior fitout processes, materials, and finishes, especially related to glazing and upholstery products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions in clear business terms.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline, conduct market research, and develop strategies to penetrate new and existing markets.
  • Comfort working on-site with project teams, visiting client locations, and coordinating with designers, estimators, and contractors.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic report generation for sales performance tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the UAE or GCC market and a valid UAE driving license are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month
