Role Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer with experience in the interior fit-out industry to supervise and manage on-site execution of projects.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure all interior fit-out works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare site reports, work schedules, and material requirements.
- Monitor manpower productivity and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Coordinate MEP, civil, and finishing works at site.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Resolve technical issues and provide practical site solutions.
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
- Verify measurements and prepare work completion reports.
- Maintain proper documentation related to site activities.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQ.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of UAE safety standards and site regulations.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
