Overview
We are seeking a versatile, high-achieving
Sales Executive
to join our client's team who are leaders in the soft furnishings and interior design industry of over 30 years of brand presence.
This role bridges the gap between retail and large-scale contract delivery.
You will manage bespoke
B2C projects for homes
while simultaneously driving
B2B growth
through refurbishment, re-upholstery and outdoor solutions for the hospitality and corporate sectors.
Your Impact
- **Luxury Villa Specialist:**
- Act as a consultant for homeowners, managing full-scope soft furnishing packages (curtains, custom upholstery, and bedding).
- **B2B Business Developer:**
- Identify and pitch refurbishment solutions to hotels, boutique offices, and developers looking to refresh their assets.
- **Refurbishment Expert:**
- Lead the transformation of existing spaces by managing reupholstery projects and outdoor furniture upgrades.
- **End-to-End Delivery:**
- From the first site measurement to the final snagging list of a commercial fit-out.
- **Consult & Convert:**
- Transform initial inquiries into detailed, professional quotations using your knowledge of fabric yields and labor costs.
- **Revenue Ownership:**
- Hit sales targets while maintaining healthy margins through smart quoting and efficient project resource management.
- **Project Leadership:**
- Manage the "Golden Thread" of delivery—from coordinating with the workshop and logistics teams to supervising on-site installations.
What We Are Looking For
- **Industry Depth:**
- 4+ years in the Dubai interiors market with a focus on textiles and furniture.
- **Star Communication:**
- A polished communicator who understands the discretion and detail required.
- **Technical Savvy:**
- Ability to read floor plans, calculate fabric yield, and understand the durability requirements for Dubai’s climate and
- **Quoting Accuracy:**
- Highly proficient in creating detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and commercial proposals.
- **Execution Focus:**
- A "fixer" mindset—capable of solving on-site installation challenges and managing workshop timelines.
- **Mobility:**
- Valid UAE driving license is essential for site visits and client meetings.
