Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi/Dubai for a Sales / Business Development Executive / Manager – Facilities Management.
The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting revenue targets.
Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, creating sales presentations, closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize product and service offerings.
The Sales person will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner during client meetings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in Facilities Management within the UAE (mandatory)
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong client-facing and business development acumen
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Experience in Market Research and Analysis to support informed decision-making and strategy development.
- Organizational and Time Management abilities to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM Tools and Technology to manage sales pipelines and client interactions efficiently.
- Knowledge of the industrial and real estate sectors is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are advantageous.
