Job Title: Sales/Key Accounts Executive – Modern Trade (FMCG Non-Food)
Salary: AED 9,000 – 11,000 \| Location: Dubai\| Females Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow
- Modern Trade accounts
(Carrefour, Lulu, Nesto, Union Coop, etc.)
- Drive
- sell-in & sell-out
- , ensuring target achievement and category growth
- Ensure
- on-shelf availability, visibility, and planogram compliance
- Execute
- promotions, listings, and in-store activations
- Build strong relationships with buyers and store teams
- Track
- sales performance, stock levels, and competitor activity
Must-Haves
- 2–6 years experience in
- Modern Trade – FMCG (Non-Food: Personal Care / Hygiene / Beauty)
- Strong knowledge of the
- retail market & key accounts
- Proven track record in
- sales target achievement & account management
- Good negotiation, communication & reporting skills
- Valid driving license is a must.
