We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional from a Manufacturing or Private Label background to drive growth and strategic partnerships across the UAE and GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- :
- Acquire and manage large brand accounts for private label and contract manufacturing project
- s
- Develop relationships with brand owners, sourcing teams, procurement managers, distributors, and key decision-maker
- s
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to commercial closur

- Collaborate with production, R&D, and operations teams to develop customized product solution
- s
- Drive revenue growth through private label, OEM, and contract manufacturing partnership

Must-Hav
e:✔ 2-5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in Private Label, OEM, Contract Manufacturing, or Manufacturing Sal
es✔ Proven track record of acquiring and managing large brand accoun
ts✔ Strong network within FMCG, Personal Care, Hygiene, Household, Retail, or Distribution secto
rs✔ Experience working directly with sourcing, procurement, and category management tea
ms✔ Strong commercial negotiation and key account management skil
