Capmob Financial Services is a UAE-focused financial advisory and intelligence company helping SMEs access business loans, trade finance, working capital, invoice discounting, mortgages, and other funding solutions.

We work with growing businesses across the UAE and help them navigate the lending ecosystem intelligently and efficiently.

We are building a fast-moving, high-accountability team focused on execution, speed, communication, and results.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Telesales Executive based in India to support our UAE business operations remotely.

This is not a passive call-center role.

The selected candidate will speak with UAE business owners, finance teams, and decision-makers daily.

The role involves qualifying leads, driving conversations, following up aggressively, collecting documents, booking appointments, and helping move financing cases toward disbursal.

The candidate will work directly with the founder and operate in a high-performance startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing and outreach campaigns
  • Qualify SME funding requirements and assess seriousness of opportunity
  • Book appointments for the senior advisory team
  • Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Coordinate with clients for pending documents and case updates
  • Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline updates
  • Track daily conversations, appointments, and case progress
  • Build urgency and momentum in client conversations
  • Handle UAE SME business conversations professionally and confidently

Good To Have

  • Knowledge of Zoho applications
  • Hindi communication ability
  • UAE lending or DSA experience
  • Experience handling SME clients

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is energetic, execution-focused, digitally savvy, commercially aware, and comfortable operating independently in a startup-style environment.

Candidates with overly corporate working styles, low energy levels, weak follow-up discipline, or discomfort with high-accountability environments are unlikely to succeed in this role.

& Work Structure

  • INR 30,000 – 50,000 fixed salary per month
  • Strong performance incentives linked to appointments booked, qualified cases, and disbursals
  • Remote role (India-based candidates only)
  • 6-day work week (Last Saturday off)
  • UAE business working hours
