Sales Executive – Fit-Out & Joinery

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out and joinery.
• Identify and approach potential clients, contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and interior designers.
• Generate leads and maintain a strong project pipeline.
• Visit clients and project sites to understand requirements and identify business opportunities.
• Promote the company's fit-out, joinery, and custom furniture solutions.
• Follow up on tenders, enquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, production, and project teams on quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate with clients and follow up until successful project award.
• Maintain strong existing client relationships and develop repeat business.
• Monitor upcoming construction, fit-out, villa, hospitality, and commercial projects.
• Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales activity reports and project updates for management.

Requirements

• At least three years of UAE sales or business-development experience within fit-out and joinery.
• Proven track record securing fit-out and joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, furniture, interior fit-out, materials, and finishes.
• Good understanding of project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Strong business-development and sales skills; target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of the UAE construction and fit-out market.
• An existing network of contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and interior designers is highly preferred.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
