Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive – Fit-Out to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales for interior fit-out, turnkey, and refurbishment projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.
The candidate should possess strong knowledge of the Saudi market with experience in handling clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders within the fit-out and construction industry.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for interior fit-out, joinery, and turnkey projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, designers, and contractors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and market research.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Expand the company’s presence within the Riyadh and KSA market.
Client Coordination
- Meet clients to understand project requirements and propose suitable fit-out solutions.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for proposal preparation.
- Conduct project site visits and attend client meetings.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
Tendering & Proposals
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with clients.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
- Support the tendering process and project handover activities.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects across Saudi Arabia.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and database of prospective clients.
- Identify potential opportunities in commercial, retail, hospitality, corporate, and residential sectors.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and project status.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to management.
- Update CRM and client databases regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction sales within Saudi Arabia or GCC.
- Strong understanding of fit-out materials, project lifecycle, and execution processes.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid Saudi or GCC driving license preferred.
- Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
