Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Executive – Fit-Out** to join our team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing client relationships, and promoting interior fit-out solutions to consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
The candidate should have experience in interior fit-out, furniture, joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, partitions, flooring, or related construction materials within the GCC market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients, contractors, consultants, and designers.
- Promote fit-out products and interior solutions to clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for approvals.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for project execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and showroom presentations when required.
- Maintain sales records and update CRM regularly.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in fit-out, furniture, joinery, or interior sales.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC market preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
