Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Field Sales Executive / Territory Sales Representative** to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned sales territory, conducting direct client visits, presenting our products and services, generating new business opportunities, and successfully closing deals.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, target-driven, confident in client interactions, and passionate about sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field and door-to-door visits to hotels, resorts, real estate agencies, and other potential clients
  • Present and demonstrate the company’s 3D virtual tour solutions and services effectively
  • Identify and generate new leads within the assigned territory
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Gather market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback for management
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems
  • Represent the company professionally and promote brand awareness in the market

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, territory sales, or a similar role
  • Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or real estate sector is preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in at least two languages (Arabic and English preferred)
  • Professional, confident, and results-oriented personality
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel and manage field sales activities within assigned territories
  • Must own a car for client visits
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
  • Knowledge of 3D technology or virtual tour services is an advantage
