Sales Executive (Female)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Lead Conversion:** Actively manage and convert inbound leads (walk-ins, phone inquiries, website, and social media sign-ups) into active gym memberships.
• **Facility Tours:** Conduct professional, energetic tours of the gym, effectively presenting our value proposition, equipment, and class schedules.
• **Outbound Outreach:** Conduct tele-sales and follow-up campaigns via phone and WhatsApp to nurture prospects and re-engage former members.
• **Relationship Management:** Maintain a high level of customer service to foster member loyalty, driving retention and generating word-of-mouth referrals.
• **Target Achievement:** Meet and consistently exceed monthly individual and team sales KPIs.
• **Administrative Tasks:** Accurately update CRM systems, handle membership paperwork, and process payments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Language:** Native or professional fluency in **Arabic** is mandatory. Strong command of **English** is required.
• **Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer relations.

Experience

• within the fitness, wellness, luxury retail, or hospitality industries is highly preferred.
• **Skills:** Exceptional communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections confidently.
• **Attributes:** Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, and deeply passionate about the fitness lifestyle.
• **Availability:** Flexible to work shifts, including weekends or evenings, matching peak gym hours.
