Sales Executive - Facility Management
About This Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in the Facility Management industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, securing FM contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Facility Management services (Hard & Soft FM)
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and client referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients
- Understand client requirements and propose customized FM solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service contracts
- Participate in tenders and coordinate with estimation and operations teams
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to operations team after contract award
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
