Sales Executive - Elevator

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the elevator and escalator industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users.
• Promote elevator products and services, including new installations, modernization, maintenance, and spare parts.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and quotations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales while maintaining target profit margins.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities until successful closure.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of proven sales experience in the Elevator & Escalator industry
• Strong knowledge of the elevator market, competitors, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Proven ability to develop market strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Experience in preparing quotations and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Arabic Speaker is preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP software.
