- *Job Summary*
- We are seeking a *proactive Sales Executive* to drive business growth by identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales for our automotive care products and services.
- *Key Responsibilities*
- *Business Development*: Identify and contact potential clients including garages, fleet operators, and retail customers to drive business growth
- *Client Relationship*: Maintain strong customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop repeat business
- *Sales Targets*: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management
- *Team Collaboration*: Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company sales goals
- *Brand Representation*: Represent the company and its products/services in a professional manner during client visits and events
- *Documentation*: Ensure timely completion of booking forms, invoicing, quotations, and delivery documentation
- *Market Intelligence*: Track competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and market trends in the UAE autocare segment
- *Key Requirements*
- *Experience*: 1+ years in sales. *Automotive/Autocare experience is a plus*
- *Skills*: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- *Track Record*: Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow client base
- *Knowledge*: Understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and B2B/B2C sales cycles
- *Personality*: Customer service orientation with ability to build rapport quickly
- *Work Style*: Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure
- *Language*: *Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory*
- *Preference*: Arab candidate preferred
- *Other*: UAE driving license preferred. Should have own visa or visit visa
