About Rino Invest Group

Rino Invest Group is an international company with operations across Dubai, Spain, and the USA.

As part of our continued expansion, we are growing our Spain division and looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai.

The Role

This is a full time office based sales role focused on following up with inbound leads generated through our Spain Business Setup campaigns.

We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, following up consistently, and turning inquiries into paying clients.

This is a high activity role.

The successful candidate should be comfortable spending most of the day on calls, following up with prospects, maintaining CRM records, and nurturing opportunities through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with inbound Spain leads **Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and follow ups daily** Qualify prospects and understand their business requirements
  • **Book and attend online or face to face meetings** Explain Spain company formation, residency, and investment opportunities **Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed client notes**
  • Follow up consistently until a clear outcome is achieved **Re engage inactive leads and callback opportunities**
  • Support lead generation activities through LinkedIn and other channels when required **Work closely with Management and the Spain Team on active opportunities** Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English
  • **Clear and confident communication skills** Previous sales, telesales, call center, business development, or customer service experience preferred
  • **Comfortable making 100+ calls and follow ups per day** Strong CRM discipline and attention to detail
  • **Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with prospects** Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • **Ability to work in a target driven environment** Professional and presentable

  • Consistent lead follow up **High call activity levels** Accurate CRM updates and client notes **Meetings booked and attended** Opportunities nurtured through the pipeline **Spain company formation deals closed** Positive customer experience throughout the sales process
