Web Developer & SEO Specialist
to join our team and support the growth of our digital presence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, maintaining, and optimizing our website while implementing effective SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to improve search engine rankings and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop the company website and ensure a professional user experience
- Maintain and update the company website
- Develop front-end website features and ensure responsiveness across all devices
- Work with
- CMS platforms
- (WordPress or similar) to manage website content
- Manage and maintain
- MySQL databases
- Optimize website performance, speed, and user experience
- Implement
- on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Improve website ranking on search engines (Google, Bing, etc.)
- Manage
- SEM and PPC campaigns
- (Google Ads and other platforms)
- Monitor website performance and prepare
- web monitoring reports
- Manage website content, landing pages, and SEO structure
- Monitor website analytics and prepare performance reports
- Fix website technical issues and ensure mobile responsiveness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve online visibility and lead generation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a
Web Developer, Front-End Developer, or SEO Specialist
- Strong knowledge of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with
- CMS development (WordPress preferred)
- Experience managing
- MySQL databases
- Experience with
- SEO tools
- such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Understanding of
- technical SEO, on-page SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns
- Ability to improve website ranking and organic traffic
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with real estate or property websites (a plus)
- Knowledge of website security and performance optimization
- Experience creating landing pages for marketing campaigns
