We are looking for an energetic and result-driven **Sales Executive** to join our growing team.
Our company specializes in providing professional cleaning services to commercial, corporate, residential, and industrial clients across Dubai.
If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for cleaning service contracts.
- Promote and market the company’s cleaning solutions to corporate offices, residential buildings, retail outlets, warehouses, and other facilities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and present competitive proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and consistent follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and high-quality customer support.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing; experience in the Cleaning Services or Facility Management industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
