We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Executive with experience in the cleaning company** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, developing client relationships, and securing contracts for residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and corporate sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum **1–2 years of sales experience in the cleaning services industry**.
- Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, and facility cleaning services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
