- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management
- Manage stock: replenishment, tagging, and inventory checks
- Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints effectively
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions and trends
