Overview
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and internet connectivity issues.
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and shared resources.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and support VoIP systems, CCTV systems, and other communication infrastructure.
- Perform routine system monitoring, software updates, patch management, and data backups.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and network diagrams.
- Support and troubleshoot operational systems, including laundry machine IT interfaces where applicable.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, maintenance, and technical support.
- Provide onsite IT support across Head Office, accommodation camps, and project sites.
