Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and well-networked Sales Executive

to join our growth team.

This role is ideal for someone already operating in the forex or financial services space — whether as an introducing broker, affiliate marketer, or client-facing sales professional — who is ready to take their network and earnings to the next level with a globally recognized brand.

You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, onboarding IBs and affiliates, and growing Olympus Capital's active trader base across your target markets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and retail trading clients across your region
  • Actively generate leads through social media, Telegram/WhatsApp communities, events, referrals, and personal networks
  • Educate prospective clients on Olympus Capital's platforms, account types, trading instruments, and copy trading offerings
  • Guide clients through the account opening and funding process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for funded accounts and trading volume
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing IBs and clients to maximize retention and lifetime value
  • Stay current on forex market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams on campaigns, promotions, and lead conversion strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools
  • Represent Olympus Capital professionally at industry events, webinars, and client meetings

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in forex sales, IB management, or financial services
  • Existing client network or affiliate following is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of forex markets, MT5, and trading products including copy trading and PAMM
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to work on-site or remotely depending on location
