Job Overview

We are hiring a confident and customer-focused Admin and customer support executive to support new clients in joining and using our trading platform.

Your primary responsibility will be guiding users step-by-step through registration, KYC, deposits, and platform access, while also handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer support queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients step-by-step through onboarding (registration, verification, KYC, account setup)
  • Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, and basic platform navigation
  • Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to onboard users
  • Reply to customer support emails and ensure timely resolution of queries
  • Follow up with users who have started onboarding but not completed it
  • Coordinate with internal teams (back office, compliance, payments, sales) to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding status
  • Ensure professional communication and client satisfaction at all times

Requirements

  • Candidate based in Dubai
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional accent
  • Background or basic knowledge of finance, forex, crypto, or trading preferred
  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking to clients on phone/video calls
  • Willingness to learn platform processes, compliance steps, and financial products
  • Organized, patient, and able to explain steps clearly to non-technical users
