Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Male Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our VKN Group of companies.
The company provides **cleaning services, security guards, and technical/maintenance works** to corporate and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and develop client relationships
- Promote facility management services (cleaning, security, technical maintenance)
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with operations team for service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (Facility Management experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- **Languages known : English , Hindi (Preferred)**
