About This Role
1. Customer Engagement & Sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable floral arrangements, gifting solutions, and event décor options.
- Promote floral products and services for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling opportunities.
2. Quotation & Order Management
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and event specifications.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales orders.
- Ensure accurate order processing, documentation, and timely confirmations.
- Coordinate order details, pricing, and delivery schedules with customers.
3. Coordination & Order Execution
- Coordinate with florists, production staff, and operations teams for order preparation and execution.
- Ensure all floral arrangements and event orders are completed accurately and delivered on time.
- Communicate customer requirements and special instructions clearly to internal teams.
- Monitor order progress and resolve any execution issues promptly.
4. Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales and delivery process.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure a positive customer experience to encourage repeat business and referrals.
5. Business Development
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential corporate or retail clients.
- Support business growth through repeat sales, upselling, and customer retention strategies.
- Assist in promoting seasonal offers, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
& Qualifications
- UAE sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in flowers, events, gifting, retail, or hospitality sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Confident, presentable, and energetic personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
